Privacy Notice
Last updated: 30 September 2026
1. Who we are
This website is run by Caimtal Consulting OÜ, which trades as Caimtal Wood (registry code 12525156, address Loojangu tee 6, Kirdalu, Estonia) ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice.
For any privacy questions or requests, email us at caimtalwood@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
We only collect personal data that you send us yourself through the contact form or by email:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your phone number (optional);
- the content of your message, including any details about your project.
Please do not include sensitive information (such as health data) in your message.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
We use your data only to reply to your enquiry, discuss your idea, prepare an offer and, if you place an order, to make and deliver it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Where we keep correspondence afterwards, we rely on our legitimate interest in keeping a record of our communication (Article 6(1)(f)).
We do not use your data for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
4. Who processes your data for us
- Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA) receives contact form messages and forwards them to our email.
- Google (Gmail) stores our email correspondence.
- Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA) hosts this website and may keep technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security.
- Google Fonts supplies the fonts on this website, so your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with them.
Some of these providers are located in or may transfer data to the United States. Such transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that do not lead to an order for up to 12 months. If you place an order, we keep the related correspondence for as long as needed to handle any warranty or legal claims, and accounting documents for 7 years as required by the Estonian Accounting Act.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email caimtalwood@gmail.com.
If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you can file a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).
7. Cookies
This website does not use cookies, analytics or any other tracking tools, and it does not store anything on your device.
