Our Story
A passion for wood and craftsmanship.
Tradition Meets Modern Design
Caimtal Wood was born from a love of handcraft. Our maker has spent years refining their skills to create wood products that blend traditional joinery with modern aesthetics.
Traditional Joinery Techniques
We use traditional joinery techniques that have proven their durability over centuries. Every joint is made by hand, without shortcuts or accelerated manufacturing processes.
Quality That Lasts
We believe a well-made piece should last for generations. That's why we never compromise on materials or craftsmanship.
Materials
Estonian oak and ash, with padouk for a touch of deep red.
Where Our Wood Comes From
Our oak and ash are grown in Estonian forests and bought from local suppliers. Padouk, the deep red wood in some of our pieces, is a tropical hardwood that grows only in Africa, so it is imported.
Oak, Ash & Padouk
We primarily work with oak, ash, and padouk — each with its own unique grain, tone, and durability suited to different types of custom pieces.
Natural Oils & Waxes
We finish our pieces with natural oils and waxes that bring out the wood's texture and provide long-lasting protection without harmful chemicals.
